SERVICES
ONE-ON-ONE
Learn infant massage one-on-one for a class focused solely on you and your baby. Learn to tune into your infant's cues to deepen your connection with baby as well as reap many benefits from infant massage.

One-on-one classes can also be done within your home because, let's face it, sometimes the last thing you want to do is make another trip outside of the house.
​
One-on-one classes meet for a 1.5 hour session each week for 3-5 weeks.
CLASSES
Learn infant massage in a group setting so you can not only connect with your baby but also other parent-baby pairs. Learn how to tune into your baby's cues deepen your connection and build a community of other parents to remind yourself that you are not alone in the joys and the struggles of parenthood.

Group classes meet for a 2 hour session each week for 3 weeks.

Welcome to Simplicity, I am so happy you're here. I know that every decision you make regarding your baby is very important. ​

Let me introduce myself so you can learn more about the heart of what I do. I am Emilie, a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) and the founder of Simplicity Baby Massage
​
For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about taking care of babies. I think it began when I was 5 years old and my youngest brother was born. He was diagnosed with a chromosome disorder and required a high level of care. My mom brought in a holistic practitioner who introduced our family to lymphatic massage. Since then, I have dived deeper into learning more about the benefits of safe physical touch on developmental, physical, emotional, and mental health, and creating a secure attachment through life.

In my free time you can find me:

Moving my body - whether it's going to a fitness class, walking, stretching, hiking, paddle boarding, or bouldering.

With my people - I'm a firm believer that connection and healthy relationships are vital to a healthy life

Getting my "me" time - journaling, reflecting, reading the Bible, or listening to a podcast

I am always looking for ways to learn, grow, and improve.
